Kindness and compassion are good qualities. But are these remedy for depression. If so, any kind and generous person would not suffer from depression. You need proper counseling and redress of the problem or situation that has a depressing affect. How will kindness help.

    I have seen kind people more depressed than other people. They take care of others, but other people don't help them in taking care of others.Ultimately they becomes more depressed.

    nobody is there in our society who is not suffering from depression the person who really know to fight with bad situation is really a man who can never defeat from life.

    I think people of extreme sensitivity do suffer from depression. Honestly speaking in today's situation all we are concerned if not depressed about the prevailing situation in the country!

    Kind people are mostly very honest persons, they do good for others and in return they get hurt, as people don't appreciate their goodness
