Ok

No one had explained about it clearly.

But some one explained about it is when our body required extra oxygen the yarning is formed.

This is also explained in a tv show by a doctor.

There is no correct reason for this or how to avoid them. Another fact is they are unavoidable and no one can really control the reflexes of the body. So yawning is unavoidable similar to other things.
I still did not understand what "yarning forms" mean here!! If anyone else does, do explain so that others too can participate in the discussion!

Yarning is nothing but a signal of sleep. Before sleep we feel sleepy like you open our mouth and some reflections of air come out

Lack of oxygen is the only considered reason till now. Even for hiccups there is no exact reason.

Oh Ok! So you mean Yawning here(with a W), that's the correct spelling and not yarning - yarn means a thread that is woven into a cloth so I was confused about the whole discussion here! Please be careful with the spellings or it becomes difficult to understand what is being said! :)

Yawning is a natural reaction when one feels sleepy. I think it comes when your body feels it has laze out. No scientific reason though.
