We just need to keep the sponge clean. Wash the sponge several time after cleaning the kitchen.

Want to make each day Accountable

Kitchen is a place where proper hygiene should be maintained. While washing utensils we use sponge and after using those sponge we kept it as usual but I think that sponge should be properly cleaned after washing the utensils.

If the sponge is dipped in dettol water or any other kitchen cleaning liquids it should be OK !
Well I too have the same doubt.. if we drip it in dettol water or some soap liquid, will it be helpful in stopping the formation of bacteria. Our maid do not have any cleanliness at all...so have to warn her now.
