The physically handicapped have really difficulty in exercising their franchile. They have difficulty going to pooling booths. some time they may need to climb stairs also. Besides, standing in queue is also a difficulty.

Would it not be better to afford them facility of postal ballot? senior citizens above age of eighty years also could be given the postal ballot facility.

    For the handicapped there were some Railway stations and Compartments with special arrangements . The same facility should be extended to the differently abled people for the Voting also. EC should think about it.
