The FM is a smart person. In his heart he knows that it was the ex CAG whose sensational disclosures of draft reports damaged the reputation of UPA govt. and it was capitalized upon by BJP and its star campaigner. CAG is considered to be a neutral person and people believed him. Now FM has tried to pre-empt any attempts by CAG as it can boomerang on BJP. Politicaly savy and smart move by the FM.

In case you feel that meaning of jaitley's staement has not been understood, say this clearly. It is plain that he advised CAG not to create sensation by his report. But during UPA rule, Jaitley and his party coleagues were very much enjoying such sensation.
