I am amused at holding prayer for saving the corrupt from long arms of law.  Perhaps they think that almighty (if any) will listen to them and protect  the corrupt.  No doubt, the God of corrupt also cannot be honest.

Ravan was great devotee of Siva. But could he save himself from death? Even god also knows prayers of sinners go in vain ultimately. This holds good to Jayalilia too.

Indian politicians are free from all legal actions prayers or no prayers. They know the art of living with the corruption and management of keeping the cases pending during their lifetime.

In this case, Jaylalitaa has been sent to jail and banned from contesting the election during her life time. Her followers are organizing Prayers in a massive scale in TN. All these prayers went waste.

Their prayers perhaps  do get heard. Both Lalu and Jaylalitha are out on bail and their cases do not seem to come up for hearing. And may not do so for a very long time and then adjournments will take place repeatedly. In meantime a government at Centre may require their support and cases could be diluted or withdrawn. So do not be so sure  Gulshanji and Rambabu, God may not hear but concerned politicians may do so. Prayers are directed at them.

I sincerely hope, there will be an end to this belief, with prayer everything washes away.

As if Prayers were not enough they have even temples worshiping them as gods and goddesses. The Indians are getting what they deserve, Pravachans and ashirvadam. I sincerely hope we shall raise standard of thinking and elect better people for running this country.

TruE. in TN  fans of some popular actors build temples .I Too am waiting for that day when people elect capable people for running this country.

Yup even prayers can not do something about this. They are in habit of this thing.

I think God is too busy to answer the prayers of the corrupt. There are so many other interesting issues before him: Taj Mahal, beef, cow urine, Delhi drama….……!!

And the prayers of Jayalalitaa's fans.
