Well said sir. They are certainly a poor man's almonds but rich in its effectiveness as a preventing tool for deadly heart disease.

True. I use raw peanuts along with jaggery. It's not only nutritious but serves as a good afternoon snack.

'Gajak', a product made of sugar and peanut which can be stored for months is consumed in winter season as it is good for health and gives energy and immunity to our body.

But Using of sugar is not ideal. As it may rob away some of the nutrients in the Peanuts. It is advisable to use GUR or Jaggery instead of Sugar.
