Today is the 66th birthday of our Prime-minister Modiji. My heartily wishes to him on his birthday. I wish he will long live and continue with his hard work to uplift our country.

There is no confusion, this is beginning of 66th year of his life. Or you can put it this way, the day a baby is born that is his first birthday and next year he is 1 year old that is his 2nd birth day.
