Hello Lohit,

I visited your website http://ambitiousboy-lohitseth.blogspot.com/. I got this link from the comment posted on an article. Out of interest i visited the website. There you have posted the links of the articles published in boddunan in your archives. You have published part of an article and instructing the user to check out the link of that article in boddunan for further information.

On the positive side, it may promote boddunan website increasing the number of people who visit the website. On the negative side, is it correct to publish the article published in boddunan in your blog? Iam little confused on this as i could not decide which is correct.

I think there is no harm in doing that since boddunan will benefit from these backlinks.This will not only make this site more popular, but will also be a good optimization for the search engines. And further, he is mentioning it in his posts that this has been taken from this site.

I think the original author has the copyright of the article that he himself has written, because that is his / her intellectual property.

Such authors cannot be questioned for the creative work on which he / she has done relentless hard work.

We can only raise objections or questions in cases where someone is violating the doctrine of copyright.

Better bring to light the cases in which someone straightaway copies contents of some other author and from some other site or from the same site.

I too don't find anything wrong with the practice and more importantly he has published a part of his creation and has given the booddunan's link. It's a very transparent exercise.

You can publish your articles as long as you don't claim credit from boddunan. As per boddunan terms, you are not allowed to publish articles that are posted on your blog. Hope this answer your query.

And regarding Lohit's blog, if he uses a small part of the article to send back referral, there is no harm done. Otherwise, he will loose his credit as well as his account based on the severity. Btw..I still need to look into the blog.
