    Nobody decides 'fate'. Fate is defined as predetermined event that cannot be reversed. There are no predetermined events and hence no 'fate' as such. We plan and do not write 'fate'. As there are innumerable possibilities depending on interaction between individuals, animals and natural events, future is uncertain. 'Uncertainty' is not same as 'fate'. Prudent planning and confident action may give good results.

    I dont this fate kind of substance exist ya but it is defintely a feeling which we always relate to bad. I too dont agree that Fate is decided or written by anyone.
