Do any of you believe in Karma and rebirth ?

Karma is nothing but for every 'action' or 'deed' that we do we get back good or bad action on us. Should I say that it is nothing but Newton's law "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction"

So is this true even in this Kaliyuga ? Post your thoughts.
