All dirtty money is not black. If you pay taxes honestly even on illegal income like that from gambling, flesh trade and othe lawful activities, this is white money. On the other hand, your income may be good but if you evade tax, this is black. Even white income may be dangerous. Often black money is converted into white and vice versa. You have differentiated the two in very lucid terms. Interestingly I have not come across the term 'black money' in the Income Tax Act! While it is for the conscience of an individual to ask whether money earned is clean or dirty and in the case of 'black money' it's for the authorities to decide!
I agree that there is a marked difference between dirty money and black money and there are ways and provisions to change black money into white or legal money by paying your taxes and returns to government...
Proper differentation should be there. what exactly dirty money is all about?
The information can be useful for our politicians and government bodies..i think proper income is itself difficult to get these days unless some wrong route is chosen. however the decision is on individual what to select.
People had mistaken between dirty money and blackmoney as both are in wide use in our country!
