Should students be allowed to grade their teacher after a term or a season in their schools???

    Absolutely! Grading of performance of teachers by students who are most influenced by their efficiency or inefficiency is a great idea.While the good ones would strive to become best and the laggards would be put on notice!

    But I don't know why teachers fear this grading.It means they had a feeling that they hadn't performed well.

    I don't think honest and efficient teachers have anything to complain and in fact they would rather welcome it whole-heartedly!

    Yes, I personally feel that students should grade their teachers.It will make the teachers to work hard to save their job.

    I do notagree to such grading. Teachers cannot be considered as providing some sort of consumer service to students for which they may be graded. If carried to its logical conclusion, students may even be allowed to take teachers to consumer court for deficiencyin service.

    Gradingif any is to be done by education authorities.
