    Serial killers are victims of the worst kind of psychiatric disorder and even severe punishment won't deter them from doing what they do! Their problems should be identified at a very early stage and treated so that they don't turn out to be serila killers!

    Serial killers should be severely punished.Punishment should be with torture,cruelty, burning and many punishment that gives him to think and what he/she has done. At that who gives punishment should forget that he is human being.
