I want to add few more points with this.
1. Don't watch action movies or movies which disturbs mind and cause irritation and anger.
2. Make your bedroom clean, attractive and little cool.
a. Paint your bedroom with soft, pleasing and romantic colors rather than dark red, brown, black, violet, etc. Use cool colors like white, light blue, baby pink, etc.
b. Color of bedsheet should be pleasing one.
3. Avoid quarrel before going to bed. Pray to God.
etc.

Really these are good tips by the members of boddunan and if we follow those definitely we are going to get some sound deep slumber during the night...

Very good tips shared by sasi and other members. I hope this will give good sleep if followed.
When I feel more tiredness then I able to take good sleep so I try to work hard on daytime to get tired.

Hard work can manke you sleep. This is right as mentioned by Santosh. Some people keep sleeping whole day due to laziness. Hard work makes you healthy and fit.
