I cannot read the Telugu version. But I think that material for food preparation is same irrespective of chines or Indian. Health value largely depends on what is cooked rather than the regional style of cooking. Wheat, sugar, rice, serials, milk, meat etc. are used for food preparation in Indian, Chinese, European dishes all. So, health value would be similar.

Actually what matters most is the type of ingredients used while preparing the food. When preparing dishes the health factors should be kept in mind and things which are not good for our health should be avoided...!
Yes sasi, in India we are added our touch to chinese food so it is becoming junk food.
Due to this only the chinese food became junk food.But by reading this link no one will say the chinese food as junk food.
