Toyota being such a reputed company.will lose the goodwill of people if such problems persists...
Toyata is a one of the top most company this is a good decision taken by them.This decision makes people does not loose confidence on company.

Really this is a huge issue and Toyata needs to compensate for it as they are doing. Once the reputation goes down it is very hard for a company to pull it back but let's hope that the company from now on take all the precautions to manufacture and design non-defective vehicles...!

mistakes do happen ..even if the company is the best in the world.but what need s to be admired is their sense to call back the cars...their sense to solve their mistakes,,,this is good......
I think it's in keeping with the best practices of any reputed company.I remember Nokia doing a similar thing involving defective batteries!

every reputed company has the resolve to agree their mistakes and solve it..it is a benchmark for them....
Any company without care and concern for customers and clients won't survive these days!
