cheese do lower cholesterol when compared with Butter, which contains high proportionate of cholesterol which increases heart risks.
having cheese daily will definitely higher the risk of cholestrol. it should be controlled.
Too much taking of cheese , butter and ghee is not good for health.

yes, even dietician recommends 1 cheese slice everyday. Rujuta Mehta- kareena kapoor's yoga instructor and dietician in her boook-"loose weight ,don't loose mind" recommends so.
My friend take cheese after heavy excercise he feel its good for health if you take some qty.
