    Stainless steel is good but for best usage aluminium is best for cooking

    I had seen in a news using steel is also not good for health.Using aluminum is good for health.

    Almost every human being living in India uses steel utensils for cooking. If it is washed regularly and kept clean then there is no harm using it.

    i think using of stainless steel will never make health issue. but cooking on clay pot is good for health.

    People living in rural areas typically uses clay pots instead of steel utensils and also these people are good at manufacturing clay pots.
