IF nature was in equilibrium then there wouldn't have been any problems pertaining to Greenhouse gases and global warming. All the climatic problems alone reflect that the equilibrium has been disturbed big time.

So nature is not in Equilibrium condition at this time and we are living in dangourous condition.

The Earth's climate is changing rapidly as a result of anthropogenic carbon emissions, and damaging impacts are expected to increase with warming. To prevent these and limit long-term global surface warming to, for example, 2 °C, a level of stabilization or of peak atmospheric CO2 concentrations needs to be set. Climate sensitivity, the global equilibrium surface warming after a doubling of atmospheric CO2 concentration, can help with the translation of atmospheric CO2 levels to warming. Various observations favour a climate sensitivity value of about 3 °C, with a likely range of about 2–4.5 °C. However, the physics of the response and uncertainties in forcing lead to fundamental difficulties in ruling out higher values. The quest to determine climate sensitivity has now been going on for decades, with disturbingly little progress in narrowing the large uncertainty range. However, in the process, fascinating new insights into the climate system and into policy aspects regarding mitigation have been gained. The well-constrained lower limit of climate sensitivity and the transient rate of warming already provide useful information for policy makers. But the upper limit of climate sensitivity will be more difficult to quantify.

Sorry i will take care on this thing next time.Hope you Forgive me.
Earth is not in equilibrium and everything has changed...Particularly, the last 50 or 60 years.
Global warming has already opened its wide mouth to swallow us. People are cutting trees and forests to build their home and factories. Waterfalls are converted to dams.
Excess use of electronic media and equipments is causing earth to cry loud. Birds and animals are disappearing from earth.
Polar animals will not stay too long on earth. :(
Population is increasing in geometric proportion while natural resources including petroleum are decreasing double fold.
Pollution has reached its maximum level, to make earth not good to live.

Yes, nature has lost its equilibrium :(

Nature or any thing that constantly change are never in equilibrium. The motion is always for bringing an equilibrium. Various climatic changes and disasters bring in new equilibrium. There is change to extreme and then nature adjusts and another extreme emerges. This constantly goes on like Pendulum of clock that always attempts to rest at equilibrium but goes on moving between two extremes.
