    Blood donation is not bad. It is humanity. On the other hand, if some one suffering from disease should not donate his/her blood to others. That is bad.

    Ya. that's why I and Ram have told, donate blood in recognized organizations only.
    I think we can directly donate blood to blood banks through hospitals. No idea :unsure:

    Syringe should not only good it should be thrown after a use.

    Actually they never use a used syringe these days as the packs are disposable and cut immediately after a single use. You can see it for yourself that they are opening a new set.

    Sandhya, you are correct we can directly donate blood to blood banks through hospitals. Nowadays many hospitals having blood bank by their own.

    I think if we donate blood whenever we feel like that, they issue us certificate for the same and we can get it back in case of emergency.

    I think issuing certificate came on practice Nowadays only... :unsure:
    Earlier when i donate blood 1 year before they didnt issue any certificates to me.. :huh:
