I think similar threads about 'money' already exists.
Barter system extinguished only because that system became inappropriate as time passed by.
I don't think our life will be normal if money don't exist. Every work has to be paid. So money is the best form, in which our effort is returned back, matching most of the criteria.
I am saying..'most', not all.

If you can get all needs and comforts of life without paying, you could do without money. But we need to pay for everything- even for water we drink.

Barter system means that we pay in kind. I am a tax consultant. The milkman, fruit and vegetable seller and grocery shop will not exchange my consultancy services for their supplies. I cannot get even haircut by selling my consultancy. The current economy is too complex for barter. This could work in ancient village economy. Then even barter would not be necessary. Everyone could supply to all what he could and they needed. Thus, a teacher would teach every child. Milkman would give milk to all. The weaver would give clothes to all. All would serve others without even measuring value of the product or service. Now this is not feasible. Everyone must earn money by using his specific talent and buy things and services at market rate.

Money is such a thing ,who has-problem,who has no-problem.But it is essential like other things.

I wish this would work but this has lost its utility now, this was okay when there were only very few needs like bread, clothes and house used to be all about life.
