Morning walk is your health requirement you should do it because you father is diabetic and to avoid diabetic in you, you should start it from tommarow.


I am trying to start it but not getting time for it in the morning because of busy schedule :( but hope so will find time soon after my wife recovered as she recently had a knee surgery. :)
Actually morning started with the going to school of children and can not find any gap.Early morning is the best time to walk.

I think 5.30 am is right time to walk in the morning I also do not like to walk after sun rises.

For me daily is not possible. But i will go for walking in the weekend for around 1 hour.

I my self wake at 8am. so I never do walking. For me walking means whenever I go out by walk it is walking

yes morning walk with exercise will be good for health. But, i cant able do exercise as i dont have time . :cheer:

You don,t have a half hour in morning too.Really you are too buzy.Try to make adjustment in your morning time.
