What is the difference between Cell phone and mobile phone?

I found people using both names as same. But i think both are different.

what do you say?

    Cellular phone is the actual product. The nomenclature is based on technology. As cellular phone can be carried any where, this is mobile. Hence, we call this mobile phone.

    The logic is like this: The mobile phone which we use it, works on 2 frequency.
    When we call someone,one frequency takes that call to the nearest tower and then other frequency connects to another person to whom we are calling.

    Now the one tower has a certain limit to which it can connect different person.

    that limit is called CELL

    That's why we call CELL phone.

    I think this is a very difficult question that would take a lot of research work therefore I would give my answer later on. Let me check my old files while I was a manager of a communication company.
