Corruption well managed

The Agra Transport organization needs heartiest congratulation for best management. Corruption is way of life. But why should this be organized? The Truck drivers and others are now sold coupons for Rs. 2,000/- valid for a month. The proceeds from coupons are suitably distributed among staff.

The coupon holders are immune from any action in entire period of validity of coupon. So, if you see some document carrying photo of Sai baba or other deity, d not presume that the individual is devotee. Actually such photo is part of coupons.

    Corruption exists in many forms. I have learned this before but this is something very strange.

    Corruption is everywhere but usually this is unorganized, random and totally unrecorded. The unique aspect is that monthly coupons of fixed denominations are sold. The bribe givers and takers are both satisfied of gain and service and everything runs smoothly. This can be a management topic. after all corruption is fact of life. If not abolish, regulate this and ensure uniformity. So, let us congratulate the concerned personnel for their unique technique.

    Then what the Police is doing? why not arresting them?


    This concerns R.T.O, traffic police and allied organizations. Who will arrest whom. The coupon buyers and sellers are both happy. Nobody is going to lodge complaint with any police station.

    Here I may tell another practice. Police and traffic offenders also use code words. One day, a bike rider was caught without helmet. He gave Rs. 100/ to police constable. The constable told him to say 'coco cola' if caught at any other place. So, he said as advised and he was allowed to move ahead.
    Next day, that bike rider again went without helmet. When caught, he said- Coco cola. The constable slapped him saying- you cheat. Today password is different. Then he paid Rs. 100/- He was given password 'Pepsi cola'.

    Corruption are widely spread all part of our country.Some places are free from that but percentages are very low......Most of the government officers are Corrupt..............
