Food is our intake. What we say or do and what happens to us internally all results what our intake is. No doubt, food affects our mood and behavior. Hence, we should be food conscious. Food is divided in three categories- Satvik Saintly), Rajsik (royal) and tamsik (devilish). Hence our mood and act will depend on food.

True . Ayurveda emphasizes the need to understand the Satvik,Rajsik and Tamsik foods in order to have a grip on our moods. A balance should be maintained between the three kinds of foods. Any imbalance will lead to mood related ailments
