    It's obvious. There is an unholy link between the private agencies and the railway administration.

    This is so because all the ticket counters throughout India function. One minute booking is result of all counters throughout India.

    I am agree with Rambabu there is some link which corrupted Tatkal booking system. Gulshan ji also mention right thing but even all counter booking will take atleast 3 to 5 munutes.

    There should be more trains in summer to and these things should be strict by Govt. To give advantage to aam public. There is long for tatkal booking but all don't get ticket.

    Obviously not all can get tickets as tatkal quota is quite low than the regular quota. So it is always better plan your holidays and to book 90 days in advance when the bookings open for any train. If you are having difficulty getting railway tickets then you can look for option of travelling by bus, agreed they are a bit uncomfortable compared to trains, but they are still speedier and take less time than railways.

    Was it 10.01 or 8.01 AM it generally happens the moment computers begin working in the morning at 8. Most probably people keep every thing ready and hit enter. Maybe agents-booking clarks racket also works behind it.

    Yes its difficult but finally I get ticket by expense of more money through agent . Its true tatkal ticket is connect to agent booking that is the reason we do not get ticket in tatkal.

    It proves that the nexus between Railways and Private operators cannot be destroyed once and for all. This also proves that tall talks and acts will not work, but only effective implementation will work to weed out the deep rooted corruption.

    This is not as simple as that, everyone is involved right from porters to railway minister and who knows who else. You have to live with this incurable disease forever.
