    Fear of death is much more painful than death. It is decision of court so no comments.

    So, Judiciary in this country is still alive. I'm glad that the Apex court has taken in to consideration the delays caused even by the highest of the highest authorities. The verdict proved that accountability is of prime importance, especially while dealing with human lives. It's strange that it took eleven years to take a decision to reject a mercy plea speaks volumes about our lethargic functioning of the system.
