Both BJP and Congress wish there are no parties other than these two. How far their wishes will be heard.

We should not give much importance to such news items which have no back-up. We cannot switchover overnight from our present system of election, although three to five party would be a right idea.

Well we need to switch asap if not overnight.. There are too many distractions with so many parties... ITs just adding to the chaos..

I am a supporter of fewer parties and no independent members because they do nothing for the cause of public but come in handy for big parties only. Fewer the parties better the electoral system but that is a far fetched idea in Indian scenario.

I am willing to accept the fact that a three party mode is best for any country. You always have an option of selecting the best.

Single party, two party, three party, multi party system- these evolve during course of time and not thrust by law. We have numerous parties owing to region and cast considerations. Two party or three party system can be evolved only if caste, community and regional considerations go.

Corruption matter is common for all parties and politics is game of power and money.

Despite having every bad element present in every political system and politicians in our country our election system will also have to accept bad elements, caste, creed, community, regions in our country which is as much part of our society. If we have to go for a beginning in reforms in election pattern, we shall have to take the bad element present in form of 'independents' out of circulation.

People see Congress as a Gandhi family and BJP also want to relate his party with Menka gandhi and Varun Gandhi but its time of Modi.
