Samsung is doing lots many new things these days to attract the customers. First watch and now this curved phone.

The name is Galaxy Round. Now what is the meaning of such curved phone?! :dry: Any benefit ? it looks weird to me otherwise. What you think?

    A reputed company like Samsung always thinks in terms of customer's future needs. It will not wait until the customer demands it. They do a lot of marketing research before a new model is introduced. They must have been sure of this new model will win the hearts of the customers.

    Its look is curvy that's it nothing special :P I think Samsung is in the competition due to the prices it offer other than that their is nothing to look in most of the designs.

    I think the curvy design may make it more better and suitable for handling than a slim, straight one! Whatever the thoughts may be behind designing it, it does look good and unique that what is available now in the market!

    It was on the cards for long time, now a manufacturing is planing a folding handset. You shall be able to wrap and put it in your pocket like a handkerchief. But it will always be a phone only, you will never be able to blow your nose in it. :lol:

    These are the natural doubts that arise whenever a new product is announced. Unless it comes in to the market, advantages and disadvantages will not be known.

    I don't see any problem while viewing videos in different shaped phones because screen will still be straight but I personally would want to have something straight and sleek.

    Its a question of getting used to the things. Human mind frowns at every change. Had you been accustomed to see videos from the beginning in oval or circular formats, you would have frowned at straight and sleek formats.
