    Vishakha, it is good stuff that you write but I think you are overdoing it, posting constant links to your personal blog and posting discussions about it is not very desirable. People know that you maintain a blog and if interested, they will drop by. So it is my advise to you to not post any more such threads and I am locking this one now.
