Anxiety is something that can be very difficult to live  with it. . Luckily, there are several ways to tackle anxiety.

Simply breathe  naturally

Closely observe your breath.

It is to be noted, practicing Meditation should be consistent.

Occasional anxiety is normal part of life. For a person with an anxiety disorder does not go away and with rime it can become worse,

Anxiety can be cured with Meditation and Physical exercise.
