Recent ruling by Supreme Court regarding dowry case is a great relief to the husband and his biological family

It's true that many ladies become victim of dowry demands and so there should be a strong law to prevent such torture, But, on the other hand, it is also true that many innocent husbands and his biological family get falsely implicated by their wives just to harass them and draw a huge sum of money as maintenance. Usually, the law protects the women and without any inquiry, the husband's side gets arrested which ruins their lives. The recent judgment in this regard is a great relief to the non-offenders.

Clearly, the verdict intends to safeguard the innocent persons charged with dowry demand. he women are not so innocent, simple and weak as they used to be.

Supreme Court verdict is well received and people around country debated on that. My take away from this verdict is:

1. Innocent husband should not be punished but powerful criminals should not be out of net just because they are not in custody and can play with evidences.

2. females are not always right but the same time in most of the cases why males are convicted in final verdicts.

Who is a criminal cannot be decided according to the basis of gender. An unbiased investigation is required to pass a final judgement but usually, the woman card touches a weak nerve and innocent men get trapped within the fake system. Whoever is wrong should be punished and just because a person is a woman, she should not enjoy the benefit of the doubt. No one has the right to ruin an innocent person's life be it a woman or a man.
