I often feel, I am less energetic than my 20's. Yet I am a very lazy fellow. Even a half hour walk can bring it back. But I always postpone it to tomorrow
It is difficult as well as boring to walk purposelessly. I also seldom walk purposelessly. But I feel comfortable to walk even five KM for a purpose. To remain healthy, we should use vehicle less, lift less and others' help less. This will ensure god health for ever.
