In the face of a very dangerously deteriorating situation in J&K and the government's toying with idea of partially withdrawing the Armed Forces Special Powers Act the Army Chief's opposition to it has added a new dimension to the problem.

    The former heads of the India Army have reacted in utter dismay over this move of the government.It's just like asking our jawans to control an insurgency with their hands tied!!!

    Well if it important power then definetelty the army heads should react..J&K really need attention now as today also i heard some people were killed.. :(
