Pakistan has failed to live up to its promises to bring to book the masterminds of the 2008 Mumbai terror attack, home minister P Chidambaram said Friday on the second anniversary of the mayhem.

    I don't know what they discuss about us but the world has started agreeing to India's perception about Pakistan.If people of Pakistan consider India to be a failed nation let them delude themselves with such thoughts!!
