Two Indian Men die while saving Wives in Australia

In a tragic development, two Indians drowned while trying to save their wives from water in Penguin island of Perth in Australia. They were crossing a dangerous sandbar.

    According to media reports, Pavan Ghanasala and Praveen Srikanth both were from India. They were trying to lift their wives above the water.
    They died on the shore after Rangers recovered them unconscious from the deep water of the Island. Their wives were rescued and admitted at Rockingham and Fremantle hospitals.
    It is reported that Ghanasala was a boilermaker. He was staying in Australia with his wife and two sons. He had gone for the picnic with his family to the popular Island.
    Penguin Island is a popular picnic spot in Australia. However, the Department of environment and conservation (DEC) were on process to close the public access to the sandbar after the weather forecast.

    Most of the time people dont follow danger signals and i wonder why there was not lifeguard support there..as most of the tourist spots have that facility in foreign countries. :)
