    I think there is a difference between both the words - Spiritualism and spirituality

    Spiritualism may be a religion or belief in after life
    Spirituality may be the inner deep inspirational feeling. It can be acheived by spiritual practices like meditation and yoga.

    This is apt. Spiritualism and spirituality differ. Spiritualism is the science and technique of communicating with souls, ghosts, spirits whereas spirituality is the belief in God, religion and may be contrasted with materialistic outlook.
