My referral posted his first article. It earned cash credits also. But i am not awarded. What is the reason for it?

    I got Rs 10 earlier and after some days my cash credit found to be increased by Rs 40.It came from referal postings.Only one of my referal posts here and that person hadn't got Rs 50 from his all postings , I think!!!
