Knowledge is an invisible asset for an organization and its appropriate documentation and accounting are not done in Indian organizations. As far as marketing strategy is concerned I could not understand the answer you are seeking by this question!
Issuance of circulars on timely basis wherein all the new changes can be communicated,group discussions on weekly basis,role plays to sharpen the skills,discuss about the competitor's strategies, keep updating about the external environment such as govt policies, conducting internal tests the scoring of which can be factored in the annual appraisal etc are few steps which can be taken to enhance the knowledge level the internal customers of the organisation that is the employees.
