Hi lovely Boddunan member,
Presently, I have withdrawn a total of 350 $ Few days before from my Paypal account @ 1$ = 44.44Rs.

but now the present Value of Rs has increase to 49Rs for $1, so there is high loss:( My bad luck. near about 2000Rs.

The thing here is when we are doing cash out it is good for us because getting high value but when we buy we also have to pay high money !

Which one is better in both terms, I mean for us and for country.

Expert please comment! :ohmy:

When dollars are cheap, exporters gain and importers lose. This is just a way of international business. If we indulge in import or export, we cannot escape this. However, one may safeguard his interests by hedging.

Pankaj,

I think the paypal will deduce its commission and convert to rupee. So, even if dollor rate increase or decrease they will take a constant value of 1$=45 Rs
I got a cheque of 50$ previously which was convereted like that only.
Thank you i had known some thing about the paypal but clearly i had not known how to draw from it.

@Rajani

You are right, paypal will deduce the conversion of the amount and then redeem it into cash

Anyway now paypal is not much secured one. because once a person send money to paypal and if we wont transfer to our bank there is chance for them to take the money. so its better alert pay is best

There is no way you can keep your money in Paypal now or spend it any where because they transfer it to your bank account on daily basis on current rate. They have started deducting @4% from June 25 as conversion charges too.

I have a doubt.....
If Indian Rupee is decreasing against Dollar value, we receive low money????????? Actually, I thought it as reverse.
