NO one would never feel that way. This is surely not in reference to rebate in , the one who earns must pay taxes. You know the elderly people who can pay taxes are in no need of further relaxations. But we shall have to look in to the matter as far as social issues are concerned. They also need a shoulder to keep their heads on. Besides, medical, better roads, easy transportation facilities are their basic rights. Government charge them for those through different taxes.
