How to clean temporary internet files in google chrome or firefox?

In internet explorer selecting Tools->internet options->General Tab -> Delete will show the option for deleting temorary internet files.Can anyone tell me how to do the same action using google chrome or firefox?

    on Right hand side there is button customise and control google crome when you click there then click on clear browsing data then select option to clear

    Disk cleanup and defragmentation in the computer progrmme 'Repairs and maintenance' can delete the temporary internet files and also defragment i.e rearrange files in order to run computer faster.
