    No man or woman are without joy and sorrow, these results only reflect the people they choose for survey. They should come to Hills of Garhwal where there is shortage of water and women have to go 6-7 km to bring 15-20 lit water climbing hilly tracks and also work in fields while the men spend their time drinking and playing cards..
