The Tibetans are presently refugees. It is not proper to allow any community or national to indefinitely live in India as refugees. We recognize Chinese sovereignty over Tibet as part of China. The Tibetans should be either sent to China, their home land or absorbed as Indian citizens. Until this is done, such incidents are unavoidable.

I guess they should be sent to China back and legal actions needs to be taken against those who acquired land in India illegally
It is better the Tibetan refugees are sent back to China. Indian law has so many loop holes that everybody is giving a try on it.
