Corruption is only in 'crores' Anna team captain Kejriwal

Now Kejriwal, anna team prominent member says that FIR be framed if he is guilty of corruption worth crores of rupees.

Does he mean to give a signal that petty bribes in RTO, Police and other places are okay. Is the anti corruption limited only to a few ministers who are already in jail and under trial? If so, the entire campaign by anna team is fake.

    Kejriwal, a team anna main member, talked of crores of rupees just to trifle notice to him by Income Tax Department for government dues. He is still technically an employee of Income Tax and he has not cleared his dues. He says that this is not crores for which FIR could be lodged.
