    Many are doing this including me. Maintaining a healthy figure is very much in our hands. Because they are Stars, a lot of hype is attached. Shedding weight is nothing.

    Oh yes I saw Adnan Sami and it was a surprise for me to look him as he has put off lots of weight even on on first glimpse I could not recognize him. :laugh:

    Even I have lost my weight like him in the past. After that I have maintained it so far. But yes put off around 20 KGS.

    That's true. Maintaining is the real big task. Reducing fat is not that big task, but after reducing we don't gain that reduced fat again is hard one. Specially when one has reduced weight with help of crash diet. :whistle:

    LOL, the problem with these actresses and models is that when they reduce all their fans want to do the same, some with drastic measures since they dont do it methodically like the models and actresses do since they have the resources - also for them maintaining thier body is very important, thats what brings in all the money...

    Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
