This is of course very heinous. Narendra Dabhlkar was a rare anti superstition crusader. We lost a rare personality. There are many who thrive on blind faith and so he must be having many enemies.

This certainly should be the handi work of the extortionists in the guise of Matajis and Babajis
who have been flourishing on the blind beliefs and superstitions of people especially in
India. The media should not allow them to advertise or telecast their performances and
meetings.

Media is most guilty in promoting superstition and irrational practices. The babas like Nirmal and others get heavy boost by the TV channels. They earn crores. Politicians and other celebrities also get blessing from these babas. No wonder exposing them and fighting against superstition is very risky. But his murder should not dampen our spirit. we should fight superstition and black customs like animal sacrifice in temples.

Community to whom Dadholkar is opposing is much powerful. He is like whistle blower.
Hi, back after a lot of days and that too on a tab. Looks hard to type it this way, but I am enjoying it.
Anyways, yes. It was indeed terrible to read about Mr. Dabholkar. And that gad to happen on this auspicious day. That is really very very sad. I hope the culprits are caught at the earliest.
Woooow, on the morning walk, people are not safe at all. Very sad :(

Actually more than such people, it is the government that did not want to pass the anti-superstition and black magic bill since they would lose a major proportion of the votes. Otherwise that bill would have been passed long ago. It is being rumoured that none other than the ruling party may be behind this murder!

I do not think culprits will be caught that easily. The very purpose of removing Dabholkar out of way before elections started is quite creepy, all we are going to see soon is long discussions and talks on who might the culprits be!

Yes. His enemies are more powerful. Dadhokar wanted to make us rational and not believe any one or anything blindly. But there is nexus between politicians, corporate world, underworld and organized religion. If people get rid of superstitions and blind faith in these so called gurus, they will work sincerely and not depend on any miracles. They cannot be fooled by any one. There are many- Babas (politicians and powerful bureaucrats and businessmen seek their blessings) whose very livelihood depends on blind faith. The astrologers and temple managers also come in this category.
