Dead trees earning Add. revenue

Many trees planted by Cantonment Board Agra are dead owing to lack of care. But these are being used for placing advertisement and earning revenue to the Board. It is surprising that the Cantonment Board cannot spend money for care of the trees from the revenue realized from advertisements placed at them.
