I read in a newspaper that too much of parties ( Drinks and other enjoyments ) after every much of IPL is the main cause of poor performance of India in T20 world cup. Dhoni also agreed this in an interview.

What is your opinion about this? I think players should definitely restrict themselves from these kind of things when they play for matches.

Its right Indian poor performance credit goes to IPL. Second thing is correct spelling of partys . right spelling is parties.

Yes --- this might also be a reason..... many late night parties make the cricketers tired and do not make them fit to the match!!!

What ever might be the reason.... India is out of World Cup T-20 :(

Thanks 'n' Regards,
Deepti.
In any sporting discipline to produce quality performance one needs discipline and excessive indulgence in party can be disatrous as we have seen in the performance of our cricket team recently.
I think luck by chance. Today Australia is much more strong team but lost in the final match with England.

in fact Dhoni himself admitted to this, there was also pressure on the players by the respective franchisees to attend these parties. Even then, players could very well haev attended the parties in moderation and restricted themselves with regards to the time they spent there!

Excess of everything is bad. The victory should be enjoyed at end of the entire series.

Well at the end of the day this all depends on people of India how they are using their voting powers.
